My parents visited us over the holidays and I got to thinking about how much my mom nags me. It's not really nagging... it's her "tips" on random things i should do like regularly put olive's bathtub in the sun to dry out the cloth part or it gets smelly.
it doesn't really bother me and i don't consider it nagging, but i suppose it is a form of nagging. 
Does your mom nag you, esp when it comes to parenting?

Mom is always telling me how I should do things too. It's a Korean mom thing I think.
How I need to keep LO's tummy warm (girls aren't supposed to have cold tummies). How I should put socks on her, blah blah blah.

I am just waiting for it! My Mom is pretty neurotic, and was ahead of her time parenting-wise (in the 80's, doing baby led weaning, making her own all-organic baby food, exclusive breastfeeding until babies weaned themselves, cloth diapering). I can imagine that she will have lots to say about what we do with our LO!

She doesn't. I nag her! She's way more laid back then I am, but she's also not doing our laundry. She never puts a bib on my LO, and she's a messy eater and spits up a lot so she needs it. And she doesn't spread the disposable liner out on the cloth diaper, so it's pretty useless if she poos because it doesn't catch it. And then I'm stuck cleaning up the poo.

All the time! But like @Chopsuey says, I think it's a Korean thing. When I'm giving LO a bath, my mom didn't like that LO's belly was exposed so she covered with with a wash cloth. She nags me about how LO sleeps (she thinks I should make her sleep on her tummy!)...But then again, she also nags me about ME. It's cute.

Both my mom and mil are naggers. My husband doesn't understand my mom's language so he only gets it from his mom whereas I get it from both sides...sigh.

My mom doesn't nag me. She never has. She does do it to my brothers though. A lot of the time they need it or they would never get anything done!

Oh yeah, all the time. I love her for it, because she means well. It's stuff like her garage floor is sealed so if it's wet it gets slippery. Every single time I go in the garage, she warns me to walk on the carpet runner they have down so that I don't slip. We tease her about it, because she's almost like a broken record with some of these things, but again, its all becauase she loves us.

My MIL is worse at this, but she tries to pretend she's not doing it. Always phrases things with, oh, you know I just have to have my mom moment, did you guys do x, y, or z?

Yes, my mom nags all the time. She's here helping us with LO and there's always something...like she should have a hat on, her feet are cold so make sure she has socks on, her bottle should be warmer, wrap her in an extra blanket because she looks cold, etc...it's very tiring having to listen to this all day.

I've learned to tune my Mom out because from the minute we say hello until we part she is constantly nagging me with 'suggestions'. It's like she doesn't even take a breath! She helped me move last Friday which was really just supervising the movers, but I was actually exhausted at the end of the day from listening to her! Even when we sat down to eat lunch I think she even spoke with her mouth full to keep going on and on about what to do to the apartment. I felt bad tuning her out, but everything she was saying I already knew
When we aren't together she sends me really long detailed emails!
