My toddler gets upset with her sister when she cries, takes off her bow, throws food and removes her socks!

It happens but we really discourage it! We don't want him thinking he's the boss.

Yes and I think it's so cute. "M do you think you could have made a better choice? Maybe you should put away your work before you start a new one.". Or, " I know you are frustrated but we use gentle hands. Can you show me your gentle hands?"
I do hate it when she screams at her sister, but that's becoming increasingly rare.
Edited to add, I do think it is natural for the oldest to end up feeling like they are the boss. It's so frustrating to hear a lot of tattling and leadership, but we've taken the approach of validating the older child's concerns and then problem solving best practices in handling the issue (which sometimes involves ignoring, but usually involves statements like those above).

DD will put DS#1 into time out! She totally thinks she is the boss, and DS#1 agrees (he sits in her time outs better than my time outs!)

Yes. There's a 4 year age difference, so usually the scolding is appropriate, however, I hate the tattling so much.

I was totally guilty of this as a kid. I cannot even count how many times my mom had to say, "You are a year and a week older than your brother, stop trying to tell him what to do! I am the boss, not you!" LOL

G likes to scream 'hey!' When A is trying to get something of his.

Yep. There's a 3 year age difference but B will pull out the time out chair if E has hit him or he'll count to three when she's not listening haha.
