Charlie does, and we've learned it's a sign of a form of constipation... even though he poops almost every day, he's developed a phobia of poop. 
Anyone else in this boat?

I was just talking to a friend whose daughter did this for almost a year before finally becoming all the way potty trained. She just started going poop on the potty this week, and she'll be three this month. She's been pee trained for quite a while, though.
