DH usually has a five o clock shadow if he doesn't shave for one day. He keeps it clean shaven for work, but grows it out during vacations. I like the stubble... thought I've never seen him with a full beard I have seen a small 'stache of sorts when he was shaving the vacation stubble before going back to work.

Yep. For most of our relationship he has had a goatee at various lengths. Right now he is rocking a beard. I like him best clean shaven because he looks younger, so we look closer in age.

Stubbles. He shaves every other day. Although I'm not sure he could grow a beard or mustache. Not enough hair. Lol

My husband has a mustache and goatee. Poor thing, he wishes he could grow a beard but he can't. I prefer him with the facial hair--without it he looks twelve.

He grows stubble pretty quickly, so he is clean shaven for a half day every other day or so.

He has no facial hair. Stubble a little after a day of not shaving, but otherwise, none.

Hubs has a beard... He had a goatee while we were dating, so he's had some form of facial hair for over a decade! He looks totally weird baby faced!

My hubs has a beard, very neat and trimmed. He looks like a baby without it, people think he's a teenager. We're the same age, but we only look that way when he has the beard.

Due to safety at work, my husband is not allowed to grow out his facial hair (only mustaches allowed). He does have a stubble on the weekend, and I think he looks very sexy.

I had to look up what mutton chops were! Haha! DH has a permanent stubble, or on his lazy weeks, a borderline beard.

Beard and i LOVE it! It's not mountain man style he trims it daily but it's just enough to be sexy =)

Hubs has sporadic hairs. He's SO Asian in that sense...His facial hair is so sparse that he can just pluck them out with his fingertips. Ugh. I LOVE stubble, though.

My husband can grow a full beard in like 3 days. It's pretty much been that way since middle school. He likes to change it up since he can and do everything from clean shaven, to a goatee, to a full beard. He will never do a stache, though, and can't stand when men don't clean up their necks. It grosses him out.

DH recently grew a full beard and I LOVE it. It feels so much better to kiss him with a soft beard as opposed to stubble (which he has almost instantly after shaving). It also looks great! He gets a lot of compliments on it.

DH has a beard. I think I commented once after the second or third time we kissed that it was a little scratchy, and he shaved it all off, and sent me photos of the interim steps (like "goatee," "mustache only," etc.) Mustache only was AWFUL. He looked like the stereotype of a sleazy used car salesman or crooked cop from a 70s-era cable network show. Still makes me shudder. Plus, I don't know what was up, but he was scratchier after shaving than with the beard. I told him to never do that again, and he's had the beard since.

Mostly it's just stubble. Sometimes he lets it grow (over Christmas, for instance, when he a couple weeks off) and I love it! He says he'll never let it grow into a full beard, though, because he can't get past the itchy phase. Also, it's a little bit patchy around his mouth so I don't think it'd grow in perfectly. Too bad, though, because I think he'd be adorable with a beard. (Also, when his facial hair grows in it is RED! And I am so hopefully that this means we'll get red-headed children!)

Yup, he has a goatee. I asked him to shave it once and he did. I then asked him to grow it back. Quickly. Haha! He looked so young and silly without it. I like it. He recently stopped dyeing it for me, as well. He would dye it but his hair is pepper and salt, so it looked funny with a black goatee. I don't mind him with a white/gray goatee. I like it.

@twodoghouse My DH's hair is pretty much brown, but his beard is totally reddish, and our LO has red hair (DH was also a redhead as a kid but his head turned brown eventually)

@Lozza: Lucky! I would, of course, be grateful for a baby with any color hair, but I love love love red heads. We are both natural blonds (though mine started getting pretty "dirty" in college, so now I dye my hair dark) so maybe the red head genes will prevail (um, I don't really understand genetics though - ha!).

LOL well DH has to be shaved for work every day. He could have a neatly trimed mustache with work (Military) but no thank you. Plus not sure he could grow one. LOL DH has baby like skin and even if/when he has tried to grow his facial hair out, he cant really. He only really grows it on his chin (Shagy stache, haha) . LOL He doesnt mind though seeing as he cant have it for work anyways. So shaving everyday is EASY for him.

Usually not much, and I prefer it that way Especially since he has the asian genes where it doesn't come in very thick. He does get stubble way faster in the summer when it's warmer.

The only facial hair he can grow is a mustache.. it doesn't get very thick though. Asian genes.

@mrbee: does yours? haha
Rob Sr. cannot grow much facial hair at all. He also has zero arm hair and very weird leg hair. Haha thank god he's not on hellobee.

My husband has a beard and I love it. He goes back and forth, and I'm always happy when the beard comes back.

husbonen only wishes he could grow facial hair. he grows some on his top lip, right under his bottom lip {soul patch or something?} & can grow a little right under his chin, goatee style. he didn't shave that for over a month once & it was like 1/4" long, maybe. on the flip side, though, his 100% biological brother is a yeti & has to shave at least twice a day. his wife also gets him to wax his back, so I'm ok with nico not being able to grow facial hair as I would take no stubble over back hair any day.
