Definitely guilty of this one after 10 years (haha more like it started happening after 10 days). I've tried to adapt by just telling less stories at this point.

Sure, after 9 years we've both heard and told a lot of the same stories. It doesn't bother me, though, even if I've heard it ten times already. I like that he still wants to tell me

@catlady: DH has a fairly good memory. DH might tell me a story about his childhood and I'll remember halfway through his story that I've heard it before, but it will be sorta 'new' to me. Me, on the other hand, I have the worst memory.

Oh man, yes. It annoys the heck out of me. But then I tell the same one a second time and he's like "I know, I KNOW! I've heard it already!!!" Lol

No not really, we got together at 18 & 19 so perhaps it's just because we have less stories that we weren't both there for!
