My husband called me earlier today because he was at the store and asked me, "what are we giving M this year?"
Obviously I am the gift organizer, buyer and wrapper in our house. Haha. We actually had talked about what to get her and what we were buying her...he actually bought some of the things! I think he just wants to make sure she has a memorable present-opening experience and forgets.

Only because I sent him the list to see if he wanted to add to it. I also am the gift giver/wrapper at my house.

I told him, but I don't think he really paid much attention and I ended up opening the boxes they were delivered in and wrapping while he had lo out one morning so he didn't see most of it

I organized/bought the gifts but we discussed everything and he knows what DD is getting.

He might not remember (heck, I don't even remember everything), but he definitely looked over/approved all purchases prior!

I think he's aware of most things since we spent a lot of time together on Amazon one night. 
My plan is to wrap most everything tonight after the kids go to bed, so he'll end up seeing everything.

Yes, I showed him what I wanted to get him and he had a gift in mind too. I was able to talk DH into waiting to give him his toy until Christmas.

Yes (vaguely) but only because I showed him my list of potential gifts for DD and insisted he give some input. He also picked up a couple last minute stocking stuffers I requested since I'm pregnant, nauseous, and working this week (he's off already).

Yes we discuss the big items. Then I get the little things and tell him. This year he picked out something he wanted to get just from him.

He didn't even know what he got me for Christmas.
The whole thing is a surprise for him.

@oliviaoblivia: hahaha! That's how my parents were! My mom every year, opening a gift she wanted, "To R from S. Awww, dear, you shouldn't have!" Dad...thinking..."I didn't..." Haha.

@mediagirl: Yes. We didnt get a ton because he is still little (12 months) but DW does know. In fact, she is supposed to be putting together his main gift as we speak (radio flyer wagon).

@youboots: yup that my house and I'm done... I shopped, I wrapped, I organized into piles. I asked hubs if i could clean up the wrapping supplies in the dining room and he said he wasnt done wrapping, I asked when he'd be done and he said "after I finish shopping..." its DEC 20th and i'm 37 weeks pregnant what are you waiting for!

Yes, because he's in charge of receiving the packages and getting them into the house without our son seeing them.

I think he knows some things, but he hasn't kept track of everything. He WOH and I SAH, so I do all the holiday shopping for our son. I just told him today I won't be able to shop with our son next year because he is getting too curious!
I will be doing all the wrapping and stocking stuffing as well. I definitely enjoy it more than him anyways, so I don't mind

@youboots: These are our lists, but reversed. To be fair, we have both bought some of the gifts for our children, and have picked up a few things while out shopping together. I WOH and am still nursing, and DH SAH, so he has much more time. He is also much more into gift giving, as is his side of the family. We used to split things more evenly when we both worked.
ETA DH volunteered to buy his own gifts, too, but I insisted on at least buying and wrapping those.

I am the gift-purchaser in the family. DH will be surprised just like the LOs on Christmas day.
