LO is pretty good at stalling when we are putting her to bed. She will need another drink, to grab another toy, ask for another story or want another hug. I'll admit, she is pretty cute when she is asking for a "bear hug" over and over. We have started bringing her up 10-15 minutes earlier to start her routine so that we aren't getting frustrated with her stalling tactics.

Oh yes we get asked for one more story, one more hug/kiss, one more song, one more minute in the rocking chair every. single. night. Every once in awhile we get "I have a go potty" -- that and the one more hug/kiss are the only ones I have a hard time say no to!

Oh yeah. One more book, more water, I want to walk to bed, I want you to carry me to bed, I need to pee on the potty (he's not potty trained yet), rub my back, I want to rock, and the newest is "don't leave I wanna talk a you!"

She is doing it more and more lately. She'll grab some toys and start playing, then when we ask her to come over to get PJs on or brush her teeth she'll tell us "NO, working." I often have to resort to just grabbing her and threatening no song/no binky in bed to get her ready and in bed. When that stops working, I'm not sure what I'll do!

OMG yes. It takes us a year and a half to walk up the stairs!!! Every little dent in the wood, lint ball, paint spot... Oh, a light! Oh, the dog! Oh, the wall!
Then she takes off and hides from me and I can't catch her. How embarrassing.

Every night! We read 3 books to her but she always asks for more even after I confirm with her that this is the *last* book over and over again.

Yes! Lately she has been saying she needs to go potty bc she knows I will let her go 1 time.. She sits on the toilet with a big smile. Doesn't pee. Stays dry all night. Ugh! I just worry that one day she will really have to go so I put up with it......

Ohhh yes, she knows it is coming because we have the same routine and then all of a sudden she will be very interested in all of her toys or ask for random things in the room.

Yes. Everything is happy go lucky until we announce that we're going to start bedtime soon. It's the only time at night he really tantrums. Otherwise, it's just a whine about not getting what he wants.

Ohhh yes! He will whine and tell me, "Mommy, lay down" and pat his pillow...how can I say no to that?! His snuggles won't last forever
