I was just reading the other thread about hellobee recommendations and saw the Winkel toy. I was looking it up on amazon but one of the reviews mentioned that it bleeds colors when washed. Did you have this issue with yours?

I'm planning on getting one for baby2. Weird that it would bleed colors since it's plastic..?

hmm I'm debating buying this too, for a christmas gift for her. I don't know that i've heard from anyone personally that it bleeds?
skwish is another cool option that my cousin had over 10 years ago! i bought it for a friend, too

Yeah I dont understand how the colors fade or bleed either...
The skwish looks interesting too but I guess thats for an older child than my LO

hmmm we've had ours for years and no problems?
the skwish can be used at the same time as the winkel. some babies prefer the winkel, and some prefer the skwish. charlie liked the winkel and olive liked the skwish!

No colors bleeding for ours and it's been washed often as LO loves to suck on it.

@Mrsbells: how old is your LO? My cousin started using it young, it's just a teether - as long as they can grasp

Mine does not bleed!

Ours is a hand-me-down (has been through 1 other baby), we wash it (and even throw it in the dishwasher occasionally) and neither me or the original owner have any colour bleeding (we have the green/blue/purple/orange one).

Mine hasn't bled yet, that I know of...
