Are you allowed to "practice" beforehand? Like train them to always pick money or the ball or something?

I didn't "train" my LO but I know friends who put down items they knew their babies would be interested in.

Mine chose a pencil... Because I'm a huge bookworm and love to read and write, I was very happy with her choice! I saved that pencil in her memory box for her to one day look back on.

Mine chose the microphone. There was no hesitation, she grabbed it right away and didn't look at any of the other items. DD is very social and chatty, so I could see her becoming a singer
