Does anyone know of some (under 12 inches)? I really wanted to get DD some dolls for her dollhouse but everything I've found is plastic, hot pink or a choking hazard. Any ideas? I don't mind plastic but I just want them to be age appropriate.

We have the Fisher Price Loving Family dolls - my DD especially loves the grandma doll since she has gray hair like her grandma

My little nanny girl used to play with calico critters - they are animal families. and I mean seriously, how cute.
The same store that we found those also sells these small wooden doll families. Only $20-$25 for the whole family which I think is a great price an they were amazing quality.

I second Calico Critters. DD loves the ones at daycare, but she's a little too young for them at home.

@Mamaof2: I actually think those night work - I couldn't find them at Toys R Us though
@Mrs. Pen: I wanted to get her the CC awhile ago but her dollhouse is pretty big and girly (it's the Annabel by kid kraft...I'll post a picture)
