I'm up for the third night in a row with diarrhea. Ugh I am just withering away. This is the first night that I'm also so incredibly nauseous. Starting to worry about dehydration since I have diarrhea all day as well.
I have some imodium, pepto, etc. Not sure what is safe/not safe for breastfeeding.

Gatorade--some type of electrolyte replacement. Sip a shot or so every 30 min to an hour. Find a level that you can tolerate and build to maintain hydration without vommiting.
If you have any anti spasmodics that may help too.
Perhaps some pepermint? Tea?
Try and get some bland food down if possible! A cracker or two?
Im sorry, it must be horrible! Hang in there.
Any idea of the cause? Food posioning? A bug going around?

definitely replenish your electrolytes with Gatorade, and be sure to keep hydrated. Very important!
Try sticking to a BRAT diet: bananas, rice, applesauce, toast. These foods are bland and low in fiber. Anything else can make it worse.
I take probiotics, and they have worked wonders for my GI system! Something to consider if this gets your gut flora out of wack. I hope you feel better soon!
ETA: If you've had this nonstop for days, I would definitely get to a doctor to rule out anything serious! I had a GI infection in 2011 that made me very sick for months.

Three nights in a row is a little long for GI symptoms to persist if its just a stomach bug. Have you been unusually stressed? I have IBS and its always worse when my anxiety is bad.

@MamaMoose: not terribly stressed, but really, really busy. Not sure if that can cause it. DH and I are go go go people and the only time we slow down is when out bodies finally give out and we get sick

Ginger ale should help settle your stomach and help with the nausea. I would ask your doctor about taking imodium/pepto while breastfeeding, but my doctor told me it wasn't safe.

Do you possibly have food poisoning?
Either way when I'm feeling poopy like that the BRAT diet and probiotics always do me wonders, but I'm glad you're getting yourself checked out.

I had a bug like this a month or two ago, and I was so worried because it lasted almost 5 days but I was reassured it was ok. Drink as much as you can and REST!

Yeah the stomach virus I ad in April lasted 5 days as well and I was still weak/crappy feeling until a week. Rest, fluids when you can and bland food is all ou an really do.
