I always have my phone in the diaper bag in the back seat so I'm not tempted. Then again, I don't even like turning down heat while driving...I hate taking my eyes off of the road!

Omg I just watched this. My heart was in my throat.
I won't even answer the phone while driving. If I think it could be important (like D or one of my ILs calling) I will pull over to answer if I can, or wait to call them back. I'm so paranoid.

It's illegal here to have any electronic device in your hand while driving. People still do, since it's pretty much incredibly hard to get caught... but I think it's a good rule.

Seriously? I just...god, I really have trouble even pitying the person in this situation (which is easier to do since no one was hurt) because this is just SO obviously dumb and endangering your children's lives. Why on earth would you be recording your kids in the backseat (and clearly paying attention to it, pretty steady view) WHILE DRIVING?!?! That is a million times more dangerous than talking on the phone.

I wish there was another adult's voice at the end so I could say "maybe it wasn't the driver.."
Also the girl's car seat straps aren't on right.. Chest clip is at her belly button.
