Does Dr. Brown's sell replacements for the vent reservoirs (the blue part) for the 4 oz bottle> I can only seem to find the 8 oz on BRU and Amazon. Trying to get ready for #2 and this is the only thing I need. Seems kinda wasteful to buy all new bottles when I got ones from #1. Anyone?

@lavender: according to a couple sites, they aren't available to buy. They are the same at the top & if you were feeling up to the challenge you could buy some 8oz ones & cut them down. It is rather silly that you can buy them for 4 & 8 oz wide neck and 8oz standard, but not 4oz standard. Sorry

How old is your first LO? I've heard you are supposed to replace bottles, but maybe it's just the nipples?

@lavender: You should try posting on their FB page, asking if/where they are available. I've heard of some people doing that for companies and the company sends them replacements.
