I need to find DH a pair of shoes that don't make his feet soaking wet by the time he gets to school. He has snow boots, but he is not a fan of carrying another pair of shoes with him into the classroom. Does anyone have any suggestions? I'm currently scouring 6pm.com but am open to ideas.

Hm. Does he have a locker he can leave the dress shoes at? I have heard of a waterproof spray?

The only thing I can think of are those horrible Totes things that go over the shoes, but I am not sure if they're slippery or not.

They're waterproof and fleece-lined (and cheap!), and look nice enough that he can get by with just untucking his pants when he gets there.

@locavore_mama: no locker. He's a per diem sub, so he moves schools daily and gets to keep nothing there.
@looch: I was thinking about those, too, but I'm pretty sure he'd hate them. Also, the slippery factor is a big one-there's lots of ice around here.
@raspberries: thanks for that! I've found a few that look similar to the one you posted. I think that would work. He wears Dockers, not suit pants, so as long as they don't look sloppy, it should be fine. I'll check them out!
Also, I'd ask him, but if I did, he'd never wear them. If I buy them and they show up at the door and work, on the other hand, well...I win

@mrs. wagon: I recently bought Trentons but returned them (calf area is way too wide for me), but those seem like they'll work great for guys! Might have to buy them and force DH to wear!
