I think my LO has a drool rash on her hands? She always sucks on her thumb and forefinger and the last few weeks I've noticed redness towards the end of the day (by morning it is much paler). She has gotten drool rashes on her face and under her neck before and we used aquaphor, but I don't want to put that on her fingers since she sucks on them.

Anyone else's LO's have this? Did you do anything about it? Doesn't seem to bug her.
