So, yesterday was sort of a stressful day. Lo had some mild constipation issues, weather, and I had to sing a big event last night and I haven't done anything like that since lo was born. Well, I was short an entire bottle yesterday. An entire bottle!!!!!!! I didn't have time to thaw out some frozen milk so I sent what I pumped this morning, which was a bottle's worth, but so far today I've only got 4 oz. that's it. If I counted the other bottle that's 9, but I'm worried my supply is dropping.

I'm just finishing up my period, but I didn't have any problems the last few days. I changed my membranes on the pump and I drank a ton of water between my last pump and the most recent one. Same output.

Lo is 6 mths old today (!) and started sleeping through the night. She's been loving her solids, but we've still been nursing.

Any tips? Anyone else had this happen to them? Was it the end? Did it come back?
