I rarely make returns or exchanges on my Amazon purchases....
I just printed out a label to ship something back. So easy!

I rarely return things online, but I did recently return something to Old Navy. It was pretty easy - printed off a label and dropped it off at the post office!

Yup! Amazon and Zappos are the best!

Only easy if its sold by amazon! Someone bought something off of my registry from a third party vendor and it was a pain in the @$$.
But generally, amazon and zappos are super easy returns.
