Just wondering what our stats are with all the mamas on here regarding giving birth. Did your baby come before, on or after your due date?

Due date was April 8th, 2012 she came April 4th, 2012. First baby/ water broke - no contractions.

I was induced after my due date.

had my LO 2 days past my due date.

My son came on his own about 10 days before my due date.

Mine was ready on his own exactly one week early.

i voted second but really, i'm in between the first and 2nd. had a c-sec planned early - cuz of twins, but i went into labor that day! was planning to go that route, rather than c-sec, but then due to complications, had to do c-sec.

I voted for my due date because she came on the date I KNEW to be my due date! The technician at our dating scan was brand new and didn't measure correctly, so he dated me 3 days behind where I knew I was. I never even bothered telling anyone the due date he gave me as I knew when I ovulated and knew when we BD'd that successful time, so I kept with my calculated due date and that is exactly when she arrived.

She came on her own four days after my due date.

I actually had a induction scheduled for my due date then she came 2 days early by herself!

From my edd from charting she was two days early, from the pinwheel at my OB's office she was two days late and from u/s dating she was one day late so I like to think she came right on time!

came at 39 weeks 4 days. but i was induced for high risk.

I was induced a week after my due date and ended up with a c-section.

Early on her own. Due March 27th, water broke March 8th no contractions. She came on March 10th. First baby.

Was due April 23rd, was induced 2 weeks later and baby was born May 7th. She was my first.

DD came 1 day early without any induction. We will have to see with this baby because I am due 12/23!!!

6 weeks early exactly.

DS came just after my edd with an induced/augmented labor that ended in cesarean.
DD came laaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaate on her own. Went into labor labor 11 days past and had her 12 days past

4 weeks early, water broke but ended up needing a c-section because he was breech!

Water broke the day before and they pitocin-augmented labor that day. Baby was born by c-section late at night on his due date.

Gah there just really is absolutely no way to predict this at all!

DS was 9 days early, and DD was 3 wks early. Both on their own!

I didn't vote because I'm in between. Labor started at 6am on my due date, but Baby X wasn't born until 3:30pm the next day, so if labor had been a little faster, if my uterus and whatnot had cooperated a bit more, then he totally would've been born on his due date.

2 weeks early, I wasn't induced but did end up getting a c/s.

I was really surprised!

I have always had this "funny" feeling about week 38..which I hit on Tuesday. I'll have to update and let you know if my intuition is broken!
