Last time I was in a gym was the day before my due date. Since then it's been outdoor jogs, my treadmill & workout DVDs because I haven't been able to manage the time to leave to the gym.
Luckily, LO doesn't wake until about 9AM & DH doesn't leave to work until 9:15ish. So, I decided the morning is my only availability.
Please tell me it's doable and any advice on how to talk myself off my behind and out of bed? I LOVE sleep. So,so much
