Happy 4th! 
The Boston Pops concert and fireworks were last night because of the expected storm tonight. Usually the rehearsal concert is the night before and we go every year to the rehearsal, so that didn't happen.

My parents' BBQ will probably be indoors which is fine by me. I've already had one couple cancel on R's 1st birthday party (tomorrow) because their family changed their 4th of July party from today to tomorrow.

Yep, fireworks postponed to tomorrow and we won't be going to the beach today.

we were planning to hike this morning, but its pretty cloudy with on and off showers. we might go anyway, but probably not all the way up the mountain.

Nope...I'm just south of where it landed, and we've already had our share of the storm. It's actually supposed to be a really nice day today!

We're still going to SIL's for a BBQ, but we'll probably be inside with DH & his brothers grilling in the rain. Bummer.

Not East Coast US, but I'm flying to the Canadian East Coast today to spend a week at a cottage with my family. We were supposed to go to the cottage today but are waiting until Sunday now.

Our towns fireworks were set for tomorrow anyway, and the weather looks good so we should be okay. Today stinks though!

Well I refused to make real plans because of it. Our fireworks & concert were moved til tomorrow, so I'll do that. Last night we had the most insane lightning! I'm pretty sure if I had a strobe light it would have been flashing less! It's supposed to start again at ~1030 and go to late tonight, so the day's pretty much a wash (haha). Oh well, we'll celebrate tomorrow & Sunday.

Womp. Womp. Rainy here and all the local parades were rescheduled. I was so happy that SO got off for today, too! I will be heading to a parade tomorrow and hopefully it will dry up for our family barbecue tonight!

We had a morning fun run and parade planned but it was raining hard so we had to skip both 
fireworks and concert for tonight have been postponed until tomorrow.

Not sure yet, waiting to see what happens. Well, just checked the local news website and it looks like the fireworks I wanted to attend have been moved to tomorrow.
