Did you have elevated thyroid levels before TTC? Did it stay elevated during pregnancy or was it managed with meds?

During IF testing while TTC they found that by thyroid was slightly elevated. I was given 25 mg of Levo and it.regulated. During pregnancy they have been monitoring it and was actually upped to 75mg at 35 weeks.

Do you mean elevated thyroid hormone or elevated tsh?

Anyone else have any insight on elevated thyroid during pregnancy? My doctor's office just called me to tell me I am showing this after my first lab tests came back.

It is very important to get TSH under control especially during the first 9 weeks or so of pregnancy because the baby has not yet developed his or her own thyroid. I have taken meds since my thyroid went wacky after baby number one and had no problems since, including during my second pregnancy.
