I can't choose! I like them both. Anna definitely reminds me of my sister.

@mrbee: but don't you understand why! It was to protect Anna because she had already hurt her, and the troll told her she had to keep it a secret.

I loved them both! I couldn't choose either.

I was a bigger fan of Anna! I know she was supposed to be the rebel, but she never gave up on her sister...loved that about her!

@Mrs. Pen: @Leialou: But once her parents died, Elsa and Anna only had each other! It was just the two of them... Anna was right outside her door and begging for Elsa to let her in.

@Leialou: I think it went beyond that too - because she felt she nearly killed Anna. She vowed to protect her, and her idea of protecting her was distancing herself, because she viewed herself as the biggest threat to Anna's safety and happiness.
@mrbee: But like I said to leialou, she saw herself as dangerous to Anna. You could tell how desperately she loved and wanted to be with her sister, but she was afraid of killing her, essentially.

I like Elsa, because her hair is amaaazing.

@Mrs. Pen: couldn't you just write her a note though? Anyway I'm just big on communication. Enjoyed the movie though... and Olive adores it!!

Haven't watch Frozen yet. *gasp*

@mrbee: I read a review that pretty much said Elsa's hardships were caused by Anna. Anna was the one who woke Elsa up and pleaded with her to go play in the snow. Then Elsa told Anna to stop jumping which caused Elsa to accidentally hurt Anna. Then Anna was the one who had a temper tantrum in public about getting married to Han after a only a day of meeting him.

I know it's not all Anna's fault but some of it is.

I pretty much agreed with the review. But, I'm Team Elsa.

@bluestriped bee: I felt the same way! I actually think the show purposefully focused more on Anna as the "hero princess" and Elsa as the one that needed to be saved.

Can I both Team Elsa and Team Anna, and anti their parents? I mean seriously, I know they wanted to keep Anna safe, but to just be like, "You're dangerous, so we're going to lock you up in this room and spend every single day of your life drilling into your head that feeling emotion is bad. Don't ever leave your room, talk to your sister, or go out in public because people will find out your secret and get hurt!" Of course she was terrified and didn't want to tell Anna the truth! That is some mega-shitty parenting right there.

I love Elsa, but DD is team Anna. She received an Anna doll for Christmas and loves that doll, so when we watched the movie it was always Anna Anna Anna

@wonderstruck: YES!!! I just read an article about that a few days ago! I can't blame either of the girls for what happened--they were CHILDREN! Little kids! And then locking her away and telling her to conceal who she is and not feel anything...pushing everything down and trying to cork it up, it's no wonder she couldn't control herself! And the fact that she didn't feel any love until the very end? Obviously her parents were so cold to her and treated her like a monster. So sad

@bluestriped bee: I like that Elsa didn't end up with a man. I think it sends a good message about how you don't need a man to be happy.

i think elsa and anna are portrayed perfectly as the "typical" big sister/younger sister. elsa is obedient, reserved, dutiful, responsible and anna is carefree, fun, vivacious, and free… i can't choose either of them because i love them both, and they both had good intentions! i might be slightly more on team elsa, she lived her whole life trying to protect anna - so sacrificial!
