Someone mentioned yesterday that we should have a balloon emoji, and I really like that idea! They mentioned it in the context of wishing someone happy birthday, but it would also work for :congratulations: ! I mean, come on, who doesn't like getting balloons?!

@mrbee: I like champagne bottle because it can also be used when people are saying happy birthday, congratulations, OR when you get the dreaded 
and want to say that you are going to be hitting the wine
