Just curious if it is normal to have one breast much more full than the other? My right breast still becomes engorged fairly frequently and even after feeding it never seems to feel as empty as the left. Anyone else experience this? Am I doing something wrong?

yup, my right boob produces more milk too! i found it'll even out a little if I only offer one side per 4-hour period. so even if she eats twice in that period, I offer the same side.

same happens to me, except it's my left that produces more. block feeding has helped me too!

same here! my left makes more than the right. block feeding really helps and if i get too full sometimes i'll pump.

Thanks ladies!! I block feed as well. I was kind of worried about mastitis because I get random pains in the right too - so far I'm ok I think, fingers crossed I stay that way. Thanks for putting my mind at ease!
