M has been sleeping for an hour and a half... This is a huuuuge nap for her. She's a 30 minute nap per normally. Bedtime is 7pm. Do I wake her or let her wake on her own and hope she sleeps all night?

I always wake--worry about sleeping later!
Our LO goes to bed at 7 and normally goes down for a nap around 1230-1. If she is still asleep at 330, I start to worry about bedtime.

Wake-up!! DD has been doing this too lately, it always works best to wake her up, bathe, feed her and put her down 30 minutes past her usual bedtime. Otherwise, she won't sleep as well at night.

Well, I woke her, fed her and she's asleep again! I guess I'm letting her go now... Pray for me at 3am.
