If you have one of these....Which one do you have? Do you have an opinion of which one is better?

I'm not exactly impartial because I've never tried the boba, but DH and I both love the ergo, even FIL has worn her a few times and just loves it.

These types of carriers are so specific to individuals and their body types. Can you try them out to see what fits you best?

I have a Boba 3G and we (DH and I) both love it. I like that it has the foot support so as those legs get longer they support them so the "seat" of the carrier doesn't/can't dig into the leg.

I am just doing some pre-purchasing research and wanted to know everyone's opinion first. Both the of the carriers just look so similar I'm wondering if there is really a difference between the two..

@Ginabean3: got it. Are they any babywearing international groups near you? I thought I wanted a buckle carrier, but it turns out we love the mei tai style.

@Ginabean3: we have a boba and love it. Differences are you can use the boba with an infant right away with no insert (extra $$) and it also comes with toddler foot straps. We use it almost daily in our house!

@aprk: hmm, I'm not sure if there are any BI groups around me, I'll check it out! We do have the original Boba wrap which I love, but we are looking for something more structured and easier to get on/off more quickly.

@Ginabean3: @birdofafeather mentioned the two main differences that I can think of. We have both; the ergo is a hand me down, and keep one adjusted for me (boba) and one for DH (ergo). The ergo seems a little longer-torsoed and I think you can't remove the sun/nap hood like you can with the Boba.
