I'm six weeks away, time to start gettin ready for this little one! We really don't want to buy too much ahead of time but are going to make a target run for some essentials this weekend. What did you use the first week with baby?

Soap/lotion
Nursing cream/pads
Pads for mama
Newborn onesies
Thermometer
Grooming kit

I have a few burp cloths, hats, swaddling blankets, and sleepers. What else do you absolutely need? (Besides big gear like bouncers and crib)
