DH and I are TTC for the first time this month and suddenly EVERYONE, like even co-workers, have started asking "So do you have baby fever yet?" and "Do you have any kids?" and "Have you guys thought about kids?"
What's the deal? How do they know? Did others have this experience? Maybe it's TWW pregnancy glow already....

That happened to me too!! But I learned, don't tell them you are trying, because then they start asking if you're pregnant yet and even when you are, you don't want to tell them yet!! So I just said "we're thinking about it" or "hopefully soon" or something vague like that! But yes, it seemed to come up a lot!!

@Emsmems: Yeah, that's what I've been doing... but since I'm currently 8dPO, when they say "do you have any kids" it feels like a betrayal of the maybe-there LO to say no! Haha, that sort of weird might be unique to me, though...

I get the questions all the time. When were not TTC I flat out told people No, we're not interested, not trying. Now that we are I don't mind saying yes, we are. I hate the When? When? When? I ywll people when "God blesses my womb!" That usually shuts people up. I think babies make people happy and that's why people ask so much. The last person who inquired was married for 10 years before successfully conceiving with his wife. Regardless of a person's journey to parenthood- easy & quick or hard & long, they each want to know when it's your turn.

I get this all the time too!!! We're coming up to the 2 year mark of getting married and people are coming out of the woodwork asking. It's super awkward, because we just started trying and I feel like they can tell that I'm lying when I say 'one day'. I just want to scream 'WE'RE TRYING!!'
