Looking for an exersaucer and/or a Jumperoo. Are they the same thing? Do I need both? We have a 2 story house so I was thinking one upstairs and one down? LO is 5 months.

No need to get both. One or the other is good unless you do want to put one on each level. We had three levels (finished basement) and didn't need two. I thought about it but never ended up needing two. I did, however, have bouncers on every level though. But your LO is 5 months so def. starting to get more active. I found the exersaucer that we had useful for when I needed to cook or run upstairs really quick or bathroom.

Nah, we used the rainforest jumper and she loved it! An exersaucer she was meh about. I bought both used

We just have an excersaucer. It was $30 on sale at Walmart. He likes it. We've used jumperoos at friends houses and he likes those too.

We loved the Rainforest Jumperoo. We didn't have a second one but we did think about having one downstairs. We got a doorway jumper downstairs but she wasn't crazy about it.

Another vote for the rainforest jumperoo. We didn't have an exersaucer and we didn't miss it

She has a rainforest bouncer and rainforest mat, so the Jumperoo will fit right in (like she cares...). Maybe I will see how much they are at the consignment sale and if they're cheap I'll get both!

My kids loved the baby Einstein exersaucer.

My vote is only to try to find one used! They are great for a short time and then LO loses interest. We got ours at consignment and then resold on Craigslist for a profit!
