I want to bake this cake for LO's birthday today. http://sallysbakingaddiction.com/2013/03/19/easy-homemade-funfetti-cake/ Will bake today and then freeze til April 18.
I want to make it into a 6 inch layer cake though (2layers), and use any leftover batter for cupcakes. Will I have enough batter? Any ideas on how I should change the baking time?

I think I'll just do the cake! Thanks for the advice. I meant to do this over the weekend, but we had freak snow on Sunday (when I needed to go to the store for a few ingredients) and that totally zapped my motivation!
