Does anyone know why my iPad doesn't ring when someone is trying to facetime me? The iPad sound is on.

Did it just start happening in the last few days? There have been system wide FaceTime issues for four or five days now.

I was having a lot of Facetime issues until I installed the latest update. Now, it works just fine.

Mine only rings if I'm currently using my iPad. If it's locked or the cover is closed, it won't make a noise. I don't know how to fix it either!There are some settings re: FaceTime calls in the do not disturb settings, but I think I've tried them and never gotten it to work when my iPad is locked!
