I don't know how I missed this post originally. My BFF had a baby born with Trismony 18.
That baby changed my life forever.

That was beautiful and heartbreaking. I have an aquaintance who also had a baby born with Trisomy 18. These families are stronger than I could ever imagine.

Thanks for sharing. I'm not going to read it right now because I'm not in the right place to cry. Trisomy 18 is what I'm at risk to pass on to my children, and I've already lost 2 pregnancies because of it. It's the reason why I did IVF w/PGD.
So much of my love and prayers go out to the T18 families

I'm bawling... I knew I couldn't handle the video while pregnant... But I watched it anyways. So moving and also so devastating.

So sad!! Part of the way through I realized they had other kids and that made me feel better for them... that sounds silly but at least that wasn't their only child!
