#1. The colors in the 2nd and 3rd are just too blah with the color of the dress. I'm a fan of a pop of color on the shoe! At least the studs on the first one jazz it up a bit.
#3 would be runner up, due to the print.

love all of these! I don't like the black with the dress but I think you should buy them anyways for other outfits. They are so damn cute.
I love #2 for that dress. I think it's classic and sexy and I don't think you should bring a ton of attention (ahem, #3) to your shoes and bring light to the fact that you're short and you're wearing 4" heels. I am shorter than every single person in my family and DH's family, so I always get "awesome shoes, what are those, 4inches?!" They are teasing me eta: AH! I just noticed that #2 isn't a paltform. That heel will kill. Maybe find #2's style but in a platform?

I think they all would be a great choice! Are these shoes you own, or are you wanting a new pair? If it's a new pair, choose ones that you would get a lot of use out of, since they all work really well with that dress!

Something like this? I think pretty much any bright, fun, spring color would look good. Turquoise, emerald, raspberry, coral, etc.

I like the idea of color (emerald, orange, or turquoise come to mind!) in the form of a statement-y necklace (or earring/bracelet combo . . . depending on how you like to roll) . . . I really love a nude shoe to elongate mah legs!
