I see lots of parents putting sports onesies on their LOs... people be startin' early!
I will be sad if Charlie or Olive like the Mets or the Red Sox. Talk about setting your kids up for a lifetime of disappointment. *zing!*
How do your SO and/or you brainwash your kids into liking your sports teams?

Haha DH and I are fans of rivalry college teams. My sister goes to the school I prefer so before the kid is born, he/she probably have a full wardrobe of UNC stuff.

Its hard because dh and I went to rival schools. She has a onesie from etsy that is half and half, and a hair bow like that for when she gets older. I'm guilty of singing my fight song to her.....

DH and I are going to both try and sway LO to like our respective teams! Luckily he likes an NFC football team and NL baseball team and I like AFC and AL teams, so LO can root for both without being too much of a sports bigamist. And since football is our main love, whoever gets up first on Sundays can dress LO in the football outfit they want

@mrbee: No hard feelings, but we've been teaching DD the phrase "Yankees Suck" since she was just 3 weeks old. We watch Red Sox games with her on TV every weekend, and we point out the players so she'll eventually know who is who. We plan on taking her to games every summer when we go back home to visit all of her grandparents in Boston.

I have no clue...and we are a house divided! He is an Eagles fan and I am a steelers fan. At least they are in different conferences. the only thing we know for sure is that we would be heartbroken if we have a Cowboys or a - ugh, I can barely type it- God forbid, a Ravens fan!
