We had a friend's daughter over last week and she brought her bitty baby (American Girl) with her. M fell in love with it. I did not fall in love with the price. She is getting into tea parties and was having fun with that doll because it sits up on its own, but it is still snuggly.
Are there any other dolls out there in the 15" range that still have the soft body (hard arms, legs and head)? Hopefully something cheaper than $60?

I got the bitty baby last year when someone on here posted a deal before Christmas? I forgot how much it was, but she loves it. Also her Corolle mon premier doll, soft body, but it's smaller than the bitty baby. Maybe Baby Alive has a soft body version? We were gifted a hard one, but she is always feeding that one.

Both of my girls are getting a Bitty Baby from my mom. If they're $48 right now, you should splurge and get one. They're great quality and will last her a long time.

I agree. LO has several dolls and only plays with the Itty Bitty. Luckily we got it from a gift but I would splurge on it knowing how much she plays with jt

@avivoca: yes! I just posted on another thread that my girls favor the Circo dolls over Corolle and Adora ones.theyvsre large, heavy, and cure. They also come with good wuality diapers and pacis, though the clothes feel cheapZ

@mediagirl: ahhhh you're sending me down a rabbit hole! I think I'm going to ask my brother to get this for M. We are doing a lot of tea parties and I think she will love this. She loves her baby Stella but she doesn't sit up for tea parties.
