R is growing too big for her infant towels. I think she will only fit them for a month or two longer. I have one Carter's toddler towel but I'm wondering what other bees would recommend for a bigger baby towel.

We just used our regular bath towels on LO when she was a few months old - they are soft; and big enough to wrap her up in.

DD has one hooded baby towel that still works, so I use that about 1/2 the time. The other 1/2 (before Christmas), I was using our regular bath towels. I looked into hooded toddler towels, but none of them get good enough reviews to warrant the money, in my opinion. Over Christmas we stayed at my MIL's house and she had a few full-sized microfiber towels that she uses for tennis. They were AMAZING for DD - big enough to wrap around her, but also super absorbant and fast-drying. MIL got me a couple, so now we are using those.

Regular towels. I didn't think it was worth it to search and pay for toddler-sized towels.

LO is 19 months and we've been using Dwell towels since she was born. They're expensive but I like the hood and they're great quality. I can see her using them until she's at least 2-3 yrs old!

I forget the brand name but I like the Target hooded towels for kids. They are fun and not too pricey. We were gifted some Pottery Barn ones but they aren't as soft as I expected so I am saving those for swimming pool days.

Another vote for the target hooded towels. They are long enough for older kids and they're super cute. They're down the kids bath aisle.

We just use regular bath towels, I'm too lazy to keep up with different towels for all of us. For swimming lessons (every week) I still love the hooded Circo towel from Target that we got him as an infant- still works great at 2 years, I definitely plan on getting more for #2's arrival.

We are really happy with the Carter's kid sized (or maybe it's toddler sized) hooded towels. It's long enough for even my 5 yr old.

Regular towels work too of course, but what's the point of having babies if you can't put animal heads on them??

I have Dwell towels that I love. I keep washing and reusing them. We have a bunch of other towels we've never used because I love the Dwell ones so much!

Another vote for Target Circo towels! They are quite big! My 5 and 3 yr old use them!

We used the infant towels until Christmas even though she was WAY too big for them. I bought her a Circo one from Target and I love it. It's got a crown on the hood, is SO soft, and she loves it. I think it might be microfiber, too so it's really quick drying.

I like the Kohl's Jumping Beans hooded towels - also really big! The retail price is absurd ($30) but I've picked them up for $10 - $12.

we just use our adult towels. I think some are from target (the $4 ones) and some are from Macy's.

@matador84: I have 3 hooded PBK towels, and they just aren't as soft as I think they should be. They are super cute, to be sure(!), but my other towels are so much softer.
