I'm not a very big breakfast person, but my husband is. I don't have very many breakfast recipes, so I would love to hear some from you!
My favorite recipe is cinnamon swirl pancakes with cream cheese topping.

I don't cook very well but breakfast is the only meal I can do without a recipe or screwing up - toast, eggs, bacon. Easy peasy. Luckily, my husband is just grateful that I made SOMETHING...Heh heh.

Mmmmmm, love breakfast! My go to breakfast is always eggs with a hole in the middle because it's easy peasy and yummy. Just take a hole out of the middle of bread, butter it, put it in a pan and put an egg in the hole.

Oh, recently I made carrot cake pancakes with maple cream cheese spread, they were amazing. I can't wait to make them again once this pregnancy is over (I have GD, so they probably aren't a good idea for me to eat for the next couple months).
I also love eggs benedict, but I am terrible at making hollandaise from scratch, so I usually leave that for when we go out.
I have made some awesome brownie waffles and topped them with cherry pie filling and vanilla bean whipped cream ... those were heavenly as well.

At home for weekend breakfast we either do waffles w/ our waffle maker, or I make a friend egg and cheddar sandwich on an english muffin... w/ lots of hot sauce splashed on top!

Whenever we have weekend guests I make my go-to breakfast-- pancakes (courtesy Krusteaz mix, just add water!), hash browns (I like the frozen patties you just bake on a cookie sheet, just like McDonald's), scrambled eggs with cheese, turkey sausage, toast with different butters and jams. For us it's all about quantity and variety

Aside from the classics - eggs, bacon, pancakes... Our special breakfasts (aka when I get up early enough) are Dutch Babies with fresh squeezed lemon juice and powdered sugar..mmmm!
And baked pumpkin oatmeal which I'm totally craving right now.

We like to make “scrambles” – just scramble up eggs with whatever variety of items you’ve got on hand: leftover steak and onions, mushrooms and veggies, pesto and goat cheese, sausage, avocado and salsa – the list goes on and on. 1 pan, quick cooking.
Good with toast.

I think eggs in a frame is my favorite simple breakfast. For crowd pleasers, my co-workers love when I bring in breakfast casseroles for Breakfast Club. Strata (bread, sausage or veggies and cheese) and Creme Brulee French Toast are generally big hits and super quick and simple to throw together.
