What type of cabinet locks do you prefer? What's least annoying for cabinets you use frequently?

Same for outlet covers- I figure we will get basic plugs for the outlets we don't use a lot, but for ones that are used fairly frequently what do you prefer?

C isn't crawling yet but has discovered she can get pretty far by rolling, spinning, and scooting backwards, so it's time! We are starting slowly and seeing what she gets into, but outlets are sort of a no brainer, and we have a couple of cabinets that look pretty enticing (glass front, nice and low, with all our lovely, breakable, glassware in it!)
