Crumpler bags are good if you have several lenses. I have the five million dollar bag.
When I'm just caring my DSLR with one or two fixed lenses, I use the ONA Bowery bag. It can fit a DSLR with one zoom lens. ONA makes gorgeous bigger bags, but they are all pretty $$$. http://www.onabags.com/store/small-goods/the-bowery.html

I've used Kelly Moore bags when second shooting weddings with a friend. They are very nice, but I can't bring myself to spend the money. I just have a generic black one from Nikon, not pretty but it works for now.

I like Jo Totes - they just look like cute bags! But, they're pricey. If you don't have a bunch of lenses & equipment, you're fine with a basic bag. Lowepro makes a good bag. Here's a basic one that is light and easy to carry for a momtographer:
FWIW, I always just stick my (expensive!) camera in my diaper bag!

I have a kelly moore b-hobo bag and I love it. It's the perfect size for me for shoots on the go (families, maternity, newborn, engagement). At weddings I do have to take a second one with some additional gear but I wouldn't want to lug everything at once anyways! Also it is super cute. I get compliments on it all the time (I have the teal):
