@SweetiePie: what kind of coffee maker did you switch to? My mom gave me the Keurig, but I actually find it kind of wasteful. I go through about 4 k-cups a day.

Except that they make recycling really easy.

Oh and there’s a cuisinart machine that is a regular coffee maker and keurig combined. That I think is the ideal.

I buy the san francisco bay ones, but mostly for their bio degradable filter pods rather than the typical plastic k-cups.

I have a re-usable k-cup, that I put my own coffee in. Not as much fun and a tad more clean up, but certainly cuts down on waste (and cost!).

I like Community Coffee and Dunkin Donuts for dark roast.

@CatchAFallingStar: Same as @Lahela017: , we bought a 6 pack of reusable k cups off Amazon and they work great. If I do buy k cups for work. I like 8 o'clock Italian roast.
