Yum! I made this spaghetti squash au gratin casserole for thanksgiving last year and it was SO good.

@swurlygurl: It can be a bit rich, but cutting the cream cheese some helps. Just depends on how you want to make it!

My all time favorite fall is homemade soup (chicken noodle, chili, tomato, creamy veggie, the list goes on!)
