I used Lose It prior to getting pregnant. It's really similar to MyFitnessPal (which I hadn't heard of prior to HelloBee). I liked being able to scan barcodes of food and put in exercise (even sex !). It also had a large database of restaurants / just the nutrition of typical food, which made logging so much easier. It became pretty turn key for me and after a year of doing it, I rarely had an "off" day. I never connected it with any friends or anything, but I know it has that capability too.

I love My Fitness Pal! I like being able to log food and exercise in the same place. I also like that I can add my own recipes or use the foods they have in their database. And it's free -- definite perk. I've lost almost 10 pounds using it over the last couple months!

I use Noom as my food logger. I like how it is much more general than other apps so I don't get bogged down with finding the exact meal I'm eating. It does have lots of brands/restaurants and a barcode scanner, but you can also log just "cereal" and it will give you an approximate calorie value. It also has a "coach" that has articles and small challenges each day. You can also log exercise, weight, waist measurement, and it tracks your steps. There is also a feature called "groups" where you get paired with 10 or so other members to chat and keep each other accountable (you don't have to do this).
I also use Map My Run to keep track of my running workouts. I don't use it for anything else - I just find the numbers interesting. My friend uses Run Keeper and she likes it more than Map My Run.
I am doing a 10K in the fall and I'm using the "10K for Pink" free training. It's essentially couch to 5K.
DietBet has an app for i-phones. I have an android, so I just use the internet, but it is it one thing that has kept me consistently motivated (since February!)
I use a lot of apps

I really like MFP! Easy to use and I love just scanning items.

I use My Fitness Pal, Run Keeper, and NTC (Nike Training Club.)
My Fitness Pal - acts as a food diary, and you can also keep track of calories burned via exercise.
Run Keeper - keeps track of how far you run and your pace, elevation, etc.
NTC (Nike Training Club) - has tons and tons of workouts for all levels of fitness, and includes tips/videos on how to exercise correctly. Most of them are body weight or only require a dumbell/weight so you can do them at home or the gym (this is really a lifesaver app when I can't bring myself to go the gym after work!)
And... they're all free!
