So, its 7 months PP and working out from home as planned has not gone well. By that I mean it has not even happened!
We joined the local YMCA yesterday, which financially is a bit of a stretch, but I think its the motivation I need to get back into a workout routine.
What classes have you enjoyed/seen results from PP?
Spin/Weight/Pilates, etc? Do you mix it up? How many times a week do you go? I have about 8-10 lbs to lose (my old clothes still don't fit, hello hips I never had...)
Women lose bone density after 30, too, which weight bearing exercises help you gain back. Maybe if it's in a class, you won't notice it so much! I flounce around a lot unless i have a specific plan. Plus, even if you hate lifting....you'll see more changes that way, which is motivating hopefully
