So, its 7 months PP and working out from home as planned has not gone well. By that I mean it has not even happened! We joined the local YMCA yesterday, which financially is a bit of a stretch, but I think its the motivation I need to get back into a workout routine.
What classes have you enjoyed/seen results from PP?
Spin/Weight/Pilates, etc? Do you mix it up? How many times a week do you go? I have about 8-10 lbs to lose (my old clothes still don't fit, hello hips I never had...)
