So, we found a house we are seriously considering, but it would require a lot of work eventually. Going back out to see it with a contractor but in the meantime we are trying to think through what we would have to do right away and down the line.

Any favorite sites for home improvement inspiration, how to things, etc? I've found decoration inspiration but this is beyond that. Both excited by the possibility and terrified that it will be way worse than we think and we will regret it...
