Buffalo chicken dip (chicken, ranch, cream cheese, hot sauce, shredded cheddar) served with celery or tortilla chips. So good.

Buffalo chicken dip (we make it here with blue cheese, cheddar and mozzarella!) and spinach artichoke.

Similar to @bpcmarj: 's dip but minus the hot sauce or spinach artichoke dip. Mmmmm!

@citymouse: franks red hot recipe is the only way to go! I live in the land of Buffalo chicken!!! And Marie Callender blue cheese.
I don't use canned chicken! Two chicken breast cubed tiny so it's easier for dipping. Saute in a pan slightly with seasonings. I always do it in the crock pot.

@citymouse: I use a rotisserie chicken, shredded. Franks hot sauce(to taste), cream cheese and cheddar cheese.

The buffalo chicken dip recipe I use also calls for a stick of butter. So good and so bad! I second that you have to use Frank's red hot sauce. I usually use a rotisserie chicken and serve with chicken biscuit crackers. If I am long on time, I will make the chicken and shred using my mixer.

@MrsBrewer: A Reuben dip recipe? I love you.
I pretty much love every type of hot dip. Spinach artichoke, jalapeno popper, all of it. DH's favorite dip that I make is this pizza dip - you can play around with the ingredients a lot! I serve it with breadsticks or small toasted rounds of Italian bread.

Another vote for Buffalo Chicken Dip. I use a rotisserie chicken and just shred/pull it apart with my fingers. Then cream cheese, blue cheese dressing, Frank's red hot, and mozzarella cheese. YUM!! I serve it with chips, celery, and sometimes even toasted baguette. You can't go wrong.

I make a hot cheesy broccoli & mushroom dip. It has pepper jack cheese, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, canned mushrooms, frozen chopped broccoli. Serve with wheat thins.
I also wrap little smokies (cocktail size smoked sausage) in bacon. Put in a casserole dish, cover with brown sugar & bake until the brown sugar melts/mixes with the bacon drippings. So bad but so delicious!
