There's a sandwich place called Firehouse Subs here. They literally have.. 30, 40, 50..? hot sauces on display for you to try.
I've never tried any of the super hot ones though.
I love Sriracha and Tabasco

My MIL makes really good sauces with scotch bonnet chilis. She freezes them in ice cube trays. SOOOOOOOOO hot but soooo good.

Frank's. I mix it into soups (especially cream-based soups, it's phenomenal in potato), eggs, make hot wings with it...
I love it because it's hot but still has a lot of flavor.

My favorite is from a Mexican food joint near my Mom's house. But the bottled ones, I use Louisiana the most (it's easily available here), I also love Frank's for when I make hot wings. I also like Tapatio and Cholula, but it's harder to find where I'm at. I cook with Sambal and Sriracha but I never really use them as condiments.

I love hot sauce. Here is my honor roll:
#1: I heart Tabasco sauce!
#2: Siracha sauce comes in second.
Wild card runner up: There's a hot sauce that we had during a vacation to Anguilla that I would pay to have imported to the states.

Love sriracha! It's good on everything. I only found out a few years ago that it comes from the US, not asia.

I love the sour of Tobasco! Sriracha I love for Asian dishes, and Louisiana for fried things. I'm also a huge fan of the flavor of The Pepper Plant sauces, but they're not super spicy. I end up pouring them on like ketchup, so they run out way too fast. I also picked up some awesome hot sauces the last time I went to Mexico, but I don't recall the names.

Sriracha and Cholula, but I put red pepper flakes in pretty much all of my cooking!
