I use Penzy's Spices Hot Chocolate mix. When I want to get fancy, I use Penzy's Dutch Process HIgh Fat Cocoa to make it.

@regberadaisy: Fran's is a fancy Seattle brand that a lot of the rich and famous enjoy. You can order online if you are not near one. I like the dark chocolate. @mediagirl: I definitely want to try that!

I like McSteven's - it comes from Washington State but I originally found it in NC at a gift shop in a decorative santa tin. The shop didn't have it this past weekend so I bought one from Vermont that comes in a small glass milk jar and that one is very good - I went with the milk chocolate flavor.

Do you have a world market? They have a lot of samplers that could be split up for individual gifts. Or these really cute little milk bottles of cocoa.
