This is more of a recommendation than a question. If you haven't bought Cat and Jack socks yet, go, run to Target. They're amazing. We had been buying Boden knee socks because they're soft but so are Cat and Jack's. AND Cat and Jack socks are so much cheaper. And cute!

@Mamaof2: @mediagirl: when they're cute critter ones, my DDs wear them OVER their footless tights or leggings with a dress or tunic, and boots.

Gymboree has a lot of bright, patterned and critter knee socks. They aren't really my style but I bet my 4 year old daughter would love them.
