I've tried my fair share and honestly I like good old chapstick!
I love the minty Blistex Lip Medex but I feel like it dries out my lips even more. Esos smells nice but don't really see too much of a difference either. I think Burts Bees is prob my 2nd favorite.

I always go for eos because the packaging makes me happy, ha. I like Burts Bees!

Burt's Bees and Eos. I always try Softlips but that's the one that dries me out.

This has been a lifelong quest for me! My current fav is the MAC Lip Conditioner. Great smell, nice muted shine, easy to apply applicator. A winner all around

I love the Burt's Bees mango and coconut pear flavors! Aquaphor works great too when it's super dry outside.

I avoid lip balms with petroleum like the plague because they just make my lips drier after they wear off. I've been using http://www.intelligentnutrients.com/shop-by-category/lip-care/certified-organic-lip-delivery-nutritionr for about a year and am really happy with it. I get super dry lips, and this one has really made a difference.

I like EOS and Burt's Bees.
I saw a Burt's Bees Pumpkin Spice lip balm at Target on Sunday. I resisted the urge to buy it because I already have too many lip balms.

@Ash: Absolutely Sugar lip treatment!!! I have tried them all and Sugar is hands down the best. I got a trio of minis from Sephora for the birthday sample a few years back. But alas, I can't bring myself to pull the trigger on the pricetag. It's been in my Amazon "save for later" cart for like... two years. Maybe I'll ask Santa for this for Christmas.
Currently I'm using EOS... the reddish orange one seems to be the best. There's definitely a difference between the flavors!

Sugar lip treatment for me too! I tried the Advanced Therapy one last year and absolutely love it at night. I usually splurge and buy one full-sized or a set of minis every time Sephora does their semi-annual sale.

@snowjewelz: I think petroleum just makes a barrier between you and the elements. It doesn't actually moisturize, so it also doesn't let your lips absorb moisture, which is what they need not to dry out. Petroleum is all sorts of terrible for you in lots of ways, but they love to stick it in beauty products.

Eos because it doubles as stress reliever, but Carmex is really my fav- doesn't melt in my car like Eos and fits in my wristlet.
