I really like the tarte lipsurgence brand because you can use it as just a light sheer tint or you can build it up for more color and it feels like a lip balm!

I'm pretty fair...I love Bobbie Brown's Brownie. For me it's a great basic color that I can throw on without even looking and know it won't be too dark, etc.

MAC! Rainbow sprinkles told me to try Syrup and it's my very favorite color. It's like a subtle natural glossy berry.
Other good colors: Blankety (nude), Viva Glam 5 (shimmery natural color) and Brave (like a Kylie Jenner lip color)
Also, I love NYX lip butter. Pops (berry) and snow caps (nude) are my favorite.

I like Nars Catfight. It's just a notch up from my natural lipcolor. In general I like Too Faced's lipsticks. Very creamy and not drying! I have Nude Beach and something really bright. Fuschia something or other, maybe?

i'm light to medium, but love MAC lipsticks, makeup forever, and NARS. Sephora's lip stain line is also great.
I love NYX, but recently found out they have parabens in their products.

I love Nars for bright and/or rich colors. Schiap?, Funny Face, and Manhunt are some of my faves. I get MAC lipsticks often as well.

It's not lipstick exactly, but my favorite brand of lip color is YSL Glossy Stains. They're pricey so I don't have many, but I love how they look and how they last. I also like the Nars lip pencils.

Not sure if it's a lipstick, but I'm a fan of Fresh from Sephora! It's the only one that doesn't make my lips chapped.

Just bought NARS in Anita and I love it - a little goes a long way and it feels great on my lips. I wanted a light color but no gloss or shimmer

NARS, MAC and NYX... the fair skin colors depend on your undertones but I have fair/neutral undertones and I love the pink of NARS Carthage, MAC Russian Red, & NYX's Indie Flick and Monte Carlo.

Dior Lip Glow! I read about it in one of the 5 min face posts on the blog. It's like a fancy lip gloss with a tiny bit of color, but not gloppy at all like normal gloss.

I only really wear MAC (Did you know if you have 6 empties you can trade them in for a free Lipstick or Eyeshadow?) I recently bought All Fired Up in Retro Matte and I love it my other go to is Plumful

For an every-day quick lippy I use Revlon Just Bitten Balm Stains. They have a nice sheer/stainy colour that lasts for ages.

I am very fair and freckled with full-ish lips, and I usually feel clownish wearing matte, full-coverage lipstick. I'm super loyal to Clinique's Almost Lipstick in Black Honey, and I've been digging Almay's Smart Shade Lip Butters recently, too.

NARS Dolce Vita and the NARS Satin Lip Pencil in Rikugien. I'm extremely, extremely fair and they are my holy grail colors (my fave Bobbi Brown shade was discontinued)!

Fresh sugar lip treatments are my favorite. I love the classic Rose color, which is pretty neutral. I'm not really a lipstick person, I like just a light tint.

I am super fair with neutral/ warm undertones, and I love a lip pencil by Trish McEvoy called Nude. It was a gift with purchase and it's ended up being my daily lip color! It's kind of a rosy tan color, not really "nude" in the sense of a nude lip, at least not on me since I'm so light.

Another vote for Fresh sugar lip balm, I love the Plum shade. I also love Clinique's chubby sticks, I have at least 10 shades (and I am super pale).

Revlon Colorburst Lip Butter in Juicy Papaya looks good on almost everyone. Revlon Colorburst Gloss is my favorite - not sticky and goopy and not super shiny but good colors. Sunbaked is my favorite, followed by Rosepearl.

@ms.line: That's my problem! I have really big lips so I feel like a lot of colors draw too much attention to them.
